Karen McDivitt has had her dissertation, Ethics in Child and Adolescent Groups: A Focus on Ethical Decision-Making, published by Lambert Academic Publishing. Her book focuses on how today's youth is facing an escalating range of problems, from exposure to violence, substance abuse, and other serious issues. Using an innovative nation-wide survey of school psychologists, social workers, and counselors, her book examines the ethical decision-making processes unique to group work with youth.
